About Us. CareNet of DuPage has been caring for women with unplanned pregnancies in the western suburbs of Chicago for over 25 years. We are part of the national CareNet organization, which has a network of over 600 centers all across the United States.

Our staff is trained to understand what you are facing at this very moment and to know what options are open to you. Our goal is to give you enough information to make an intelligent decision about your immediate situation, and then your future.

Our services are free, private, and confidential. We care about you, your health, your safety, and your future. We are dedicated to helping you.

We have three locations, Wood Dale, Downers Grove and Glen Ellyn, all about 15 miles west of Chicago’s Loop.
